Frequently Asked Questions

👽 What is Colin’s Merch?

Colin’s Merch is a collection of fun, nerdy, and occasionally ridiculous apparel and accessories based on my TikTok channel — mostly Star Trek jokes, sci-fi brainworms, and random nonsense I’ve said. Expect T-shirts, mugs, stickers and more powered by Printful.

🛸 Who prints and ships the stuff?

Everything is printed and fulfilled by Printful, a global print-on-demand service. That means your order is made especially for you and shipped directly from their nearest production facility.

⏱️ How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Ireland & UK: 5–10 business days

  • EU: 7–12 business days

  • US & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of Galaxy: We’re still working on warp drive

You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the move.

🚀 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Colin’s Merch ships worldwide — whether you’re in Dublin or deep space (ok, maybe not deep space yet).

🧵 What sizes do you offer?

Most shirts range from S to 3XL depending on the design. A size guide is included on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

📦 My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

First, check your tracking info. If it looks like it's been abducted by a rogue Romulan freighter, contact me and I’ll get Printful to investigate. Don’t worry — we’ve got phasers set to “helpful.”

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

All major Earth currencies accepted:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Bitcoin and gold-pressed latinum not supported (yet).

🧠 Where do you get your ideas?

Most come from the chaotic ramblings on my TikTok: @colinweldon. If you laugh, groan, or message me saying “put that on a shirt” — I probably will.

🧪 Do you take custom merch requests?

Yes! If there's a quote from my videos you want on a T-shirt, mug, or your dog's jumper, drop me a message. I might just add it to the shop (with credit if you like).

👔 Can I wear this to a Starfleet interview?

Only if you’re aiming for Chief of Sass.
